Introduction:
Craving s’mores but don’t have a campfire? These S’mores Crescent Rolls are a fun and easy way to get that gooey, chocolatey, marshmallowy goodness right from your oven. They’re great for parties, after-school treats, or even a sweet breakfast.
With just a few ingredients, you’ll have a warm, melty dessert in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 mini milk chocolate bars (or 1 large chocolate bar, broken into pieces)
8 large marshmallows (or a handful of mini marshmallows)
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
1 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for brushing)
Optional: chocolate syrup or extra graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Add fillings: Place a piece of chocolate, one large marshmallow (or a few minis), and a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll them up: Starting at the wide end, gently roll up each crescent roll, tucking in the sides slightly to keep the marshmallow from oozing out.
Optional: Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool slightly, then drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with more graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Description:
These rolls are soft and flaky with a surprise melty center. The chocolate melts into the marshmallow to create that classic s’mores flavor, while the graham cracker crumbs add a little crunch.
Perfect for when you want a quick treat that feels like summer.
Tips
Use mini marshmallows if you’re worried about overflow.
Freeze the chocolate pieces for a few minutes before baking to prevent too much melting.
Keep a close eye on the oven—marshmallows can puff up and ooze fast!
Let them sit for a few minutes before eating; the inside will be very hot.
Variations
Peanut Butter S’mores Rolls: Add a swipe of peanut butter before placing the chocolate.
Nutella S’mores Rolls: Replace chocolate with a spoonful of Nutella.
Salted Caramel S’mores Rolls: Drizzle caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt over the top.
Cinnamon Sugar Version: Roll the dough in cinnamon sugar before baking for extra flavor.
Correction
If your rolls come out messy:
Try using smaller pieces of marshmallow.
Don’t overstuff—less is more with gooey fillings.
Pinch the dough together at the ends to help keep fillings inside.
Chill the rolls for 5–10 minutes before baking to help them hold their shape.
Enjoy!
Serve warm for the best gooey experience. Pair them with a glass of milk, a scoop of ice cream, or just enjoy them as is. These little rolls will disappear fast—so you might want to make a double batch!
