Cloud rem cocktail

Introduction:

The Cloud Rem Cocktail is a soft, ethereal cocktail inspired by the calming sensation of being wrapped in clouds.
With its smooth texture, light sweetness, and dreamy visuals, it’s designed to soothe and delight the senses. Perfect for slow sipping, this cocktail pairs well with chill vibes and soft music.

Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka (vanilla-flavored optional for extra smoothness)

0.75 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)

0.5 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

0.5 oz cream of coconut

1 oz heavy cream or oat milk (for a vegan option)

Ice cubes

Optional: a dash of edible glitter or a few drops of butterfly pea flower extract (for that cloudy, dreamy color change)

Garnish:

Fluffy whipped cream or a marshmallow

Edible flower or silver sugar rim

Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice.

Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, cream of coconut, and cream/oat milk.

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

If using butterfly pea flower extract, drop a little in at the end and watch the color shift!

Top with whipped cream or a floating marshmallow.

Garnish with an edible flower for extra flair.

Description
This cocktail has a smooth, silky mouthfeel with floral and tropical notes dancing over a creamy base. The lemon adds brightness, while the cream of coconut and elderflower bring a sweet, floral body. The optional butterfly pea flower adds a visual wow-factor as it changes color with the citrus. A dreamy drink that looks as good as it tastes.

Tips
Chill your glass beforehand for extra smooth sipping.

Use clear ice for the best visual presentation.

You can prep the creamy part (cream + cream of coconut) in advance and store it cold.

If you prefer a lighter version, use oat milk instead of heavy cream.

Shake extra hard to get that creamy froth on top.

Variations
Dreamy Blue Version: Use blue curaçao instead of elderflower for a vibrant blue twist.

Herbal Twist: Add a small sprig of lavender or rosemary to the shaker for herbal undertones.

Non-alcoholic: Substitute vodka and liqueur with coconut water and a splash of elderflower syrup.

Spiced Cloud: Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the whipped cream for a cozy version.

Correction
If it turns out too tart, reduce the lemon or add a little honey syrup.
Too thick? Use less cream or switch to oat/almond milk.
Not sweet enough? Add a dash of simple syrup or more coconut cream.

Enjoy
Float away in the dreamy haze of the Cloud Rem Cocktail. Sip slow, close your eyes, and let the gentle flavors and creamy textures carry you off to your own cloud nine.
