Ingredients
- two cups dry pasta
- six oz. Crab meat claw
- eight oz. Shrimp peeled without sweat
- eight oz. sour cream
- four tablespoons butter
- two tablespoons flour
- one green onion
- one can of evaporated milk
- eight oz. Sharp block white cheddar cheese
- four oz. mozzarella cheese
- ¼ c panko rusk
- Salt, black pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to three hundred fifty degrees.
Peel the shrimp and devein if necessary.
Cooking pasta according to pack directions. drain well.
Place the dried pasta in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sour cream and stir well until all the noodles are covered.
Add the crab meat and stir well.
Finely chop the green onion. Sit aside.
Grate the white cheddar cheese. Sit aside.
Grate the mozzarella cheese. Sit aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet.
Add shrimp. Fry the shrimp and fry until slightly cooked.
Remove shrimp from skillet. Cut a little when cool. Add to pasta mixture.
